La Cadence Our services

Event videographer in Brussels.

Keep the conversation going.

We film your conference, summit or company event in Brussels, then turn the footage into a highlight film, speaker interviews and short clips for LinkedIn and your other channels. Useful content for the day itself and the weeks that follow.

How we work

Conferences, summits, launches and company gatherings.

Filmed at your Brussels venue.

Let’s decide what the film needs to do.

You might need a recap for your website, a speaker’s answer for LinkedIn and a short edit to promote the next edition. If we know that before filming, we can plan the footage and interviews around each piece.

We’ll talk through the programme, the people you want to hear from and where the film will be shown. Your videographer arrives with that brief, so the filming has a purpose from the start.

La Cadence coordinates the shoot and handles the edit. You review the work at the agreed stages, with time set aside for feedback before the final files are delivered.

What we can make from your event

Highlight films

A reason to remember the day, or come to the next one.

A short film built from the talks, people and atmosphere at your event. We agree the intended audience, approximate length and important moments before filming, rather than trying to fit everything into one edit.

Speaker interviews

A little time away from the stage to get to the point.

Filmed conversations with speakers, organisers or participants. We plan interview times into the programme and discuss questions beforehand. A quiet space at the venue helps us capture clear sound without competing with the event.

Clips for your channels

Give your team content to keep sharing after the event.

A speaker’s point of view, a useful moment from a panel or a short recap can each become a separate post. We’ll plan the clips, portrait or landscape formats and captions around your channels, with the number of edits and delivery dates agreed beforehand.

From the first email
to the finished work.

Tell us what you want to share.

Send the date, venue, programme and intended use. We’ll work out the coverage, interviews and edits with you, then put it all in a proposal.

Make a plan for filming.

We agree timings and access with your nominated contact. Your team arranges venue permissions and credentials, and we confirm any audio or interview arrangements.

Watch the edit and give feedback.

La Cadence brings the footage together and shares the edit at the agreed review stage. We finish the versions, captions and files set out in your proposal.

A few questions
before you book.

Tell us what you’re planning.

We’ll need the date, venue and a little about the film you have in mind. If you’re still deciding on the format, we can talk it through.
